A: We ship from our partnered factories in different locations. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

A: Shipping usually take 5-15 business days for all orders to arrive. This excludes our processing time of 1-3 business days. Please refer to our shipping policy for further details as it differs from country to country.
